Who Is a Romah: On The Distinction Between Romathi Ethnicity and Kimatan Nationality.
A person is Romathi whose mother and/or father are Romathi and whose body, mind, and soul
displays the characteristics of Romathi identity. A person with either a non-Romathi mother or father who displays the characteristics of Romathi identity in their body that is their physical
appearance, in their mind that is their mental outlook, and in their soul that is their
innermost feeling, is as pure Romathi as if both parents were Romathi. Similarly a person with
either a non-Romathi mother or father who doesn't display those characteristics that is they don't
look like a Romah, don't think like a Romah, and don't feel like a Romah, are as non-Romathi
as if neither parent were Romathi. You cannot be partially Romathi, you are either Romathi or
you aren't. Romathi, the state or quality of being of the Romah, is an ethnicity. It is a
historical, religious, and cultural identity. The Romah are an Ancient Black African Nation and
anyone who is Romathi is a partaker in that heritage and in all the elements of that heritage.
No element of the heritage that constitutes Romathi identity can be discarded without creating
a non-Romathi identity. Whatever the identity one may derive there from, it has ceased to be
Romathi the moment any element of the Romathi heritage was abandoned. Likewise, no element of another heritage can be conjoined to Romathi heritage without creating a non-Romathi identity. Whatever identity is derived there from, it has ceased to be Romathi the moment any element of the other heritage was conjoined. To be Romathi then means these few things living in Shimsat Nuthar, being a member of tribe of Shapazz, being a descendant of the children of Ko`ptah, and being a member of an Ancient nation specifically Kimata.
Having established the foundation of Romathi ethnicity on these premises, the question could be
raised if only individuals fulfilling the conditions of being born a Romah are welcome in Kimata.
The answer is no. Romathi is the name of an ethnicity not of a nationality. A person
of Kimatan nationality is called Kimati regardless of their ethnicity. In Kimata, Nubians,
Libyans, Ethiopians, Canaani, and other Africans have always been accepted in our society
as residents, adopted family members, or as converts. The only requirement for being Kimati is that
one be of African (Black) descent (which includes the Amazigh/Berber and the Arabized indigenous populations of North Africa), and be a naturalized citizen (which means adopting Romathi culture and customs). Romathi culture is the foundation for the Kimatan state and is vital to the integrity and survival of our Nation and our People.
